Terms and Conditions
Please read the following carefully. Use of the www.box64.com website and purchases of the listed products means you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Purchases
- When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these terms.
- If the product is available and the details of the order are correct it will be processed and an email sent to confirm its dispatch.

If the product is not available we will also let you know by email.
- We may cancel any sale and not supply the products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue its availability at any time. If an order is cancelled, any payment made will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Price
- Prices quoted are in UK pounds. For purchases outside of the UK your credit card company should exchange the amount charged to your local currency at the current rate. As a guide, please use the XE.com currency converter link next to the Shopping Basket button.
- We always try to make sure our prices are accurate but errors may occur. If we find any errors in the pricing of products in your order we will notify you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. You will be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled.
- Non-EU customers are responsible for import duty and tax in their respective countries. Regretfully we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.
Payment
- All payments for orders are to be made using Paypal (from a credit card or nominated bank account) unless agreed with us for an alternative arrangement. Please contact us if this is required.
Availability
- We do our best to make sure items listed on the website are available but cannot guarantee its availability. If we cannot supply an item, we will email you to offer an alternative or refund.
Delivery
- Orders are dispatched to the address registered in the customer's Paypal account unless told otherwise. Please make sure your Paypal details are up to date to avoid problems or delays.
- We offer delivery worldwide by standard service. For UK this is usually within 1-3 days, for the EU it is usually within a week, for the rest of the world this is normally within two weeks. Shorter deliveries times are known to have happened but cannot be guaranteed.
- For purchases made from outside the UK, please add the respective surcharge (50p for Europe, £1 for the rest of the world)
- For large orders (over £40) we recommend you add postage insurance (£3.50) to benefit from order tracking and insurance cover against loss.
- Delivery to outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should advise you the charges due or else you should consult your local customs office. We cannot advise you what these charges will be and cannot be responsible for them.

- We do not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any product nor the right to copy them.
- The copyright in Box64.com, website contents and custom designed products is owned by or licensed to Box64. Unless explicitly stated, none may be used, copied, altered without our expressed permission in writing.
- Copyright extends to all photographs, graphics and marketing materials used.
- Box64, box64.com and logos are tradenames and trademarks of Box64.
Returns
- If you experience problems with any of our products, please let us know and we will try to make arrangements for either a refund or a replacement, subject to the original item being returned safely. In the case of a refund, the amount refunded will be equal to the price paid for the item in UK pounds only, and does not include the cost of any postage that has been paid.
